If you are feeling a little overwhelmed by what foods you should and shouldn’t be eating, when and how to eat them, you’re not alone. With so much contradictory, confusing and sometimes misleading nutrition information available it is difficult to know what is best for you. We can assist you optimise your nutrition to manage your health and wellbeing.

Client consultations include a thorough health review, diet analysis, physical examination, targeted nutritional pathology testing, bone ultrasound and body composition analysis to determine what eating pattern will best suit an individual’s nutritional and metabolic requirements.

Initial consultations

Approximately one hour duration.

This information gathering appraisal includes:

  • A review of your health history
  • Discussion of your goals and desired outcomes
  • Analysis of current diet and discussion of foods you like, dislike, crave etc
  • Analysis of current body composition – fat and muscle assessment determined using skin fold measurements and/or bioimpedience
  • Body density ultrasound to determine bone health
  • Ankle brachial index to assess arterial health
  • Nutritional examination
  • Review of available blood tests – this may include nutrient levels, sugar metabolism, cholesterol, hormones, food allergies/sensitivities. (If you have results from previous blood tests within the last two years, please make these available.)
  • Initial nutritional advice

Follow up consultations

Between 30-60 minutes duration to adjust program and assess progress.
